What should I do if I've lost my key?
Don't worry! Get in contact with us with your key number and proof of ownership and we can order in a replacement. If you don't know your key number, give us a call anyway. We often have them recorded and filed.
Will my warranty be affected if my bike is not serviced by a Kawasaki dealer?
Not necessarily. As long as your bike is serviced by a licensed mechanic then it will be fine. However, if it is determined by an authorised dealership that work by a non-Kawasaki dealer has caused the defect, this will not be covered by your warranty.
How often should I change my oil?
It varies from bike to bike. We recommend changing it every 1000–2000km, but your owner's manual will give you a more specific timeframe.
Can I download a service manual online?
Unfortunately, no. We do not have online service manuals available for Kawasaki bikes. However, our team at Milward Motorcycles would be more than happy to order one in for you.
